Live In Person Training
In-person seminars are very interactive and provide maximum experiential immersion in the topic. They are a great option for your organization to create a team building and learning event for your group. The ideal group size for these seminars is 30 or less people to allow for individual interaction with the seminar guides.
In-person seminars range from 3 to 7 hours, depending on the topic. The fee structure includes a flat fee for the course, a per attendee fee, and travel costs for Lynda-Ross and Gary.
You will need to provide the meeting space; we provide you with list of space requirements including room set up.

We are excited to introduce recorded seminar options. These will be available beginning in the fall of 2020. You will be able to purchase the classes for personal use directly from our website.
These recordings are from in-person or webinar classes conducted by Lynda-Ross and Gary.
Access to the classes is done via a link to our website. The access is valid for 30 days from purchase. When you purchase you will receive any assessments or action guides included in the seminar via email.
Contact us if you would like to schedule a group to use a pre-recorded seminar and we’ll work with you to get each participant setup with the appropriate assessments and action guides prior to the date set for the group viewing of the seminar.

Live Webinar Training
We offer public as well as private live webinars. With today’s technology it's fun and easy to experience an interactive seminar from the comfort of your own home or office!
Our live webinars include a combination of lecture, breakout groups, individual work time, and live Q&A. Gary and Lynda-Ross lead the sessions and are assisted by certified Perceptual Style guides. At signup you will receive any necessary assessments or guidebooks for the seminar. Recordings of the session are posted and accessible for one week after the date of the seminar.

Traditionally we've presented our seminars in person, but this year we've expanded our delivery to live webinars using Zoom and we will be releasing a recording library for self study (the next best thing to attending a seminar).
All of our seminars are conducted jointly by Gary and Lynda-Ross with the help of some of our certified guides. We strive to ensure every attendee gets personal attention, and we provide post seminar support with email Q&A and Leadership Forum access.

Strengths Based Leadership - Be the Leader You Were Born To Be
Everyone has the capacity to be an effective, even exceptional leader. There's not one set of traits or behaviors that guarantee leadership success, but there is YOUR way to be a leader. You possess unique leadership strengths that are just waiting for you to put them to good use. You don’t have to become someone else to become an effective leader. Learn the leadership skills associated with your Perceptual Style and how to best use them to be the leader you were born to be. This module builds on the Celebrate You module. Each participant receives a Be the Leader You Were Born to Be action guide for their Perceptual Style.
Advanced Communication and Motivation Techniques
As a leader you can’t fall into the trap of assuming communication is happening. Your challenge is to ensure the meaning that you intend is what is understood, not just by one other person, but many people. Effective communication requires acknowledging it’s not automatically guaranteed. It takes awareness, some tools and techniques, and lots of practice. In this seminar you will learn fundamentals about communication theory and how Perceptual Style influences what you listen for and how you deliver your message. We’ll explore the communication differences between Perceptual Styles and you’ll learn (and practice) practical techniques to ensure that as a leader you are listening with discernment and delivering your message in a manner that guarantees you are more fully understood by all.
Change Leadership Mastery
Change is constant. It’s an integral part of life and a key factor in successful organizations. The easy part is defining a change, the mastery happens when you can effectively lead people through the transition of change identification to change implementation. In this seminar you will learn the fundamentals of change theory and details about how each Perceptual Style responds to both self-initiated and imposed change. You will learn techniques to guide your team’s transition from imposed change responses to embraced change responses, capitalizing on the strengths of each Perceptual Style and incorporating communication and motivation tips for your brand of leadership.
Building Talent Based Teams
Effective teams are critical to the success of any organization. Matching team members to the right tasks, minimizing miscommunications, motivating team members, and creating value and buy-in, are all important aspects for achieving great results for your team. As a leader, more often than not, you don’t have the luxury of building your own team from scratch, which makes understanding the strengths of the team members you inherit all the more important. Two simple yet powerful tools to help you discern how best to guide your team to be the best they can be are Position Portraits and Behavior Based Interviewing techniques. In this seminar you will learn how to create Position Portraits for each role on your team (hint – this is about the behavioral skills people need to excel in the role) and how to use Behavior-Based interviewing techniques to select and mentor team members. There’s lots of hands on practice in this seminar and we encourage participants to come prepared with real life role examples to work with during the session.
Conflict Resolution and Effective Collaboration
Conflict is an inevitable part of living and working with other people. Conflict often gets a bad rap because people try to avoid it and that leads to festering and blowups rather than resolution and understanding. Conflict can actually be a powerful tool for generating new ideas, creating new understandings, effective collaboration, and growth. Whether a conflict creates positive or negative results depends entirely on how you approach it as a leader. In this seminar you will learn how each Perceptual Style responds to conflict and specific techniques you can use to identify conflict and guide the participants to positive results and effective collaboration while honoring the perspectives of each person involved. You’ll be amazed at how well these techniques work for you in all aspects of your life!
