Styles Theory Comparison White Paper

Not all behavioral assessments are the same!   They are based on different theories and observations, and the assessments are constructed differently and measure different aspects of behavior.

So which one is right? Actually, they all provide insights into the very complex topic of human behavior. Our assessments are based on Perceptual Style Theory, which we believe stands out from all the rest because of its unique approach combining innate traits with developmental experience.

In our Styles Theory Comparison White Paper, written by Dr. Gary Jordan, Perceptual Style Theory is compared to six other currently popular and available systems of theory and assessments, including Kolbe, Clifton StrengthsFinder, DiSC, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS), and the Enneagram.

All of these systems were designed to help individuals understand their own behavior and increase their effectiveness in the world. However, each system approaches the issue differently and measures different aspects of human personality and behavior.

If you are interested in just what each assessment is measuring and the theories these assessments are based on, you'll want to read this white paper.
