Leadership Strengths Profile Assessment

Capitalizing on your strengths and mitigating your blind spots is what will set you apart from the pack as an effective and exceptional leader. That's where the Leadership Strengths Profile (LSP) Assessment comes in.

The LSP consists of of a series of adjectives that you'll rate on a five point scale according to how well they describe you.  The Internet-based assessment takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

The LSP is actually a subset of the more comprehensive Perceptual Style Assessment and is focused on leadership traits.  There's a one-to-one relationship between Leadership Strengths Profile and Perceptual Style - the 6 Leadership Strength Profiles each relate directly to one of the 6 Perceptual Styles.  

The LSP results are provided in Leadership Strengths Profile report (one for each leadership profile) and provides a level of detail and a practical application focus you can't find anywhere else: 

  • The natural leadership skills you possess
  • Where your Leadership style SHINES - specific scenarios and leadership activities that capitalize on YOUR natural strengths 
  • Where your Leadership style STUMBLES
  • Specific techniques to mitigate and avoid stumbles while still being true to who you are!
  • What you can borrow from the other Leadership styles to achieve desired outcomes in a manner that is still totally true to your natural strengths
